A bench and shadows ~ one in colour and one in black and white

After my last post, it seems I’m in the mood for monochrome. The interplay of light and shadow – the patterns on the rough wall – the cold metal bench. This collection of quiet and ordinary things caught my eye, emotion, and imagination:

      1. Yes. That’s normally what I would do. Pentax, for example, has a monochrome camera. The big difference is that the sensor itself only records monochrome images. There is no colour filter at all. Apparently this makes it quite different to just converting a colour image to BW like most cameras fo.
